DESCRIPTION
Da Capo—Italian for “from the head”—is a musical term meaning “repeat from the beginning.”
Ten years ago, I shared the stage with Gustavo Ramírez Sansano in a joint project born of friendship and artistic admiration. A decade later, both of us have grown as creators, shaping our own languages in a generous, prolific journey. Ten years seemed the perfect moment to return—to celebrate that we still create with the same passion and purpose.
Da Capo arises as an artistic and vital tabula rasa: a return to the beginning, a renewed gaze through the same eyes. It is an experimental work—an encounter between two restless minds who share the same score, blending their creative vocabularies in a single creature.
Structured as a kaleidoscope of scenes, memories, and prisms, Da Capo unfolds as a journey through intangible plasticity—seeking to express through dance what only dance can convey.
