SACRA is a space of life —life understood as a succession of natural phenomena layered upon the fragile limits of human existence, tragically bound by the inescapable fact that to be born is to die.
It is a reflection on the need to transcend this reality—anchored in the endless cycle of days and nights—by becoming both creator and creation, beginning and end, interlude and doubt.
The piece journeys through chants and rituals devoted to the divine, exploring their connection with nature and the coexistence of the biological and the ontological—of the body’s memory and its will for the future. -
