Born in Getafe (Madrid), she began her career in dance lighting, collaborating with lighting designers such as Freddy Guerlache and John Spradbery.
Her work has been seen in the world's leading theaters. She developed a fundamental part of her career with choreographer and dancer Antonio Ruz. Among her creations are: “No Drama,” “In Paradisum” for the National Dance Company (CND), “Pastorela” and “Electra” for the National Ballet of Spain (BNE), “Pharsalia,” nominated for Best Lighting Design at the 1st Talía Awards, and “Norma,” nominated for Best Lighting Design at the 2024 PAD Awards. A regular collaborator with Estévez/Paños y Compañía, whose work includes “Consagración,” “La Confluencia,” and “Danza para guitarra,” she has also designed lighting for María Pagés (for “De Scheherezade”), Manuel Liñán, Daniel Doña, Víctor Ullate, Ana Morales, Sharon Fridman, and Alfonso Losa, among others.
In music, she has collaborated with Rosa Torres Pardo, Amancio Prada, Carmen Linares, and Fátima Miranda. In theater, opera, and zarzuela, she has worked with Antonio Álamo, Marina Bollaín, José Luis Castro, and Pilar Massa.
She is a member of the Association of Lighting and Video Design Artists (AAI). Passionate about sharing and transmitting the art of light, she regularly participates in talks to introduce the world of lighting to students from various fields.
Collaborating with Asun Noales as part of the “PROMETEO” team represents the realization of a long-held dream for both of them.
