TATTOO
Description
Everything leaves a mark on us and everything is part of that search, that place in the world where you might find the meaning of our lives. TATTOO is part of the creative work that Asun Noales has been doing about the body and time. TATTOO, is the third part of his trilogy, where she talks about the capabilities of the human being and their authenticity. TATTOO delves into the most autobiographical side of the author, from where she closes a travelling through life cycle, the journeys, the past and the present from the language of dance. Place, community, culture, language. All that defines and describes us, all that is TATTOO.
Multiculturalism, tolerance, wealth, beliefs, languages, traditions, smells, colors, flavors, societies, IDENTITY.
sun Noales questions how much of animal stays in us? How much we are genetic and how much we have learned? How much we have imitated and how much we have developed? How much walk is in our look and how much in our skin?
TATTOO continues with the easy and oneiric aesthetics of her previous works. Seven performers on the scene, very diverse physically, like an image of the variety and wealth that exists in the world. These seven performers share experiences on the scene and show us coral pieces full of energy and intesity.
On all of them, on their bodies, on their senses, on their skin, their origin is engraved.
TATTOO runs through their experiences, their childhood and the landscapes that leave a mark on us and allow us to recognize us. There is an environment that defines us and that is part of what we are. Sounds, flavors and sensations that are tattooed in our subconscious and that feed us to give rise to our SELF.
TATTOO is the combination of features, kinds, places, flavors, smells… which turn into our signs of identity.
